All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment secures your appointment time and confirms your booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

For package bookings, full payment is required upfront unless a payment plan has been agreed. Payment plans must be adhered to as scheduled; failure to do so may result in suspension of future sessions.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations made within this notice period can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• ‍Cancellations made with less than the required notice may result in the session fee being forfeited.

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund provided.

Refunds are handles with fairness and discretion, taking into account individual circumstances:

• Single Sessions: Refunds are available if cancellation is made within the stated notice period.

• Late Cancellations: Refunds are generally not provided for late cancellations; however, partial refunds or rescheduling may be offered in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies, bereavement).

• Packages:

  • Unused sessions within a package may be refundable on a pro-rata basis, minus any discounts already applied.

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • If a client chooses to discontinue, an administrative fee may be deducted from any refund.
