A practical evidence-based course designed to support you on an empowering journey, helping you and your birth partner to feel calm, informed, connected and confident as you prepare for the birth of your baby.
Through guided relaxation, breathing techniques, mindset work and partner-led support tools, you will learn how to release fear, trust your body, and approach birth together with confidence, connection and a shared sense of calm.
Course Length - 4 sessions, 2h 30 minutes each, taught over 4 weeks.
Sessions are taught face to face in my comfortable purpose-built therapy room at my home address in the Markland Hill area of Bolton.
Each booking entitles you and one birth partner of your choice to attend the course. Each group has spaces for a maximum of 8 people, to keep sessions relaxed, supportive and to give you lots of time to ask questions and practice techniques.

The Refresher Course is designed for parents who have previously completed the Full Hypnobirthing Course and are now preparing to welcome another baby.
This session provides a focussed recap of key Hypnobirthing techniques including relaxation, breathing and mindset tools, helping you rebuild your confidence, and to feel calm, informed and in control as you approach your next birth.
It’s ideal for those who wish to revisit and strengthen their existing knowledge, refresh practical skills and reconnect with the principles of Hypnobirthing in a supportive and reassuring environment.
Course length - 1 session - 3 hours
Sessions are taught face to face in my comfortable, purpose-built therapy room at my home address in the Markland Hill area of Bolton.
Each booking entitles you and one birth partner of your choice to attend the course.
Just a £50 deposit will secure your session, with the remaining balance due before the session.

A private Hypnotherapy session, available face to face or online.
Designed to provide a calm, supportive and completely confidential space where you can focus on yourself and the changes you want to make.
Tailored specifically for women, each session offers the opportunity to gently explore thoughts, emotions and patterns in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Using proven hypnotherapy techniques, we work together to help you feel more in control, build confidence and create positive, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. You are always in control throughout, and your comfort, wellbeing and privacy is our highest priority.
Each session is approximately 75 minutes.
Sessions are payable at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
