Your first session with me begins with a relaxed and friendly consultation where we will talk about what’s brought you here, how your issue is affecting your daily life, and what your ideal outcome looks like.
It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the process. together we’ll explore how we can work towards your goal, and I’ll explain how hypnotherapy can support you in making lasting changes. Every client and their situation is different, so we’ll also discuss how many sessions you are likely to need - some benefit from just a few, while others may need a little longer. My aim is always to make sure you receive the right level of support to help you feel empowered and reach your desired results at your own pace.
Your hypnotherapy session will begin with a guided relaxation to help you to completely relax your body and your mind, allowing you to drift into a deep and peaceful state of relaxation where your conscious mind is quiet and relaxed but your subconscious mind is listening and open to positive suggestions which will help to re-train any unhelpful thought patterns and therefore change any unwanted thoughts and behaviours. The session will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
