A practical and empowering evidence-based course designed to support you on an empowering journey, helping you and your birth partner to feel calm, informed, connected and confident as you prepare for the birth of your baby. Through guided relaxation, breathing techniques, mindset work and partner-led support tools, you will learn how to release fear, trust your body, and approach birth together with confidence, connection and a shared sense of calm.

Course Length - 4 sessions, 2h 30minutes each, taught over 4 weeks.

Sessions are taught face to face in my comfortable purpose-built garden room at my home address in Bolton (Markland Hill area).

Each booking entitles you and one birth partner of your choice to attend the course. Each group has spaces for a maximum of 8 people, to keep sessions relaxed, supportive and to give you lots of time to ask questions and practice techniques.
